Ian Coley Sporting has launched The Coley Ladies Shooting Club, offering dedicated clay shooting sessions for women
Ian Coley Sporting Ltd has announced the launch of The Coley Ladies Shooting Club, a new initiative designed to bring together women interested in clay shooting in a supportive environment.
The club’s inaugural session is scheduled for 10 October at the renowned Cotswolds shooting ground. The announcement comes as part of efforts to create dedicated opportunities for female participation in the sport.
Two session formats will be available. “The Country Miss” sessions, designed for beginners and intermediate shooters, cost £65 and include 25 clays plus cartridges. “The Sporting Dame” sessions cater to experienced shooters at £45 for 50 clays, with cartridges available separately.
Professional instructors will provide personalised coaching during each session, followed by tea and cake in the clubhouse to encourage camaraderie among participants.
Lorna Hall from Ian Coley Sporting said: “I wanted to create a space where women could feel confident and supported in their shooting. It’s important to me that those who want to improve can do so without pressure – just in a relaxed, friendly environment where they can completely enjoy themselves.”
The company, which has operated for over 40 years, aims to establish an inclusive community for female shooters whilst utilising its established expertise in the sport.
