Country pursuits brand Farlows will reopen its flagship London store at 10am on Monday 7th September after the longest closure in its history
Following a deep clean and installation of COVID–safe precautions to ensure a safe experience for customers and staff alike, and having fulfilled all customer service requirements remotely and serviced all sales via its online store since it closed in response to the pandemic in March, Farlows believes the time is now right to return to the high street and bring its range of game fishing and country sports equipment, clothing, lifestyle and gifts back to the visiting public.
The store will, initially, be operating revised opening hours of 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and customers will be asked to ensure they sanitise their hands at the store entrance, wear a face covering (unless exempt) while in–store and disposable gloves will be provided if handling products.
Customer numbers will be continually monitored and store access may, at times, be limited. Additionally, access to certain areas will be restricted and there will be no changing facilities available but the Farlows team will ensure all customers are advised appropriately as to best fit.
Farlows CEO, Robin Philpott, commented; “We are delighted to have supplied, entertained and informed our customers so very well online since we closed but with the start of a new season, the launch of new fieldwear collections, including a new Farlows range, and the ability to offer a safe retail space we are delighted to be able to deliver our unique staff expertise and extensive product collections in–store once again.”
