The organisers of the British Shooting Show (BSS) recognise the lasting effect that not running an event in 2021 could have on the shooting trade and retail sector, which is why they are so keen to push on with next year’s show, to be held at the East of England Arena and Events Centre in Peterborough on 23-25 April 2021.
Similarly, The Game Fair, after making the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 event, is set to host its 2021 event on 23-25 July 2021, returning to the familiar surroundings of Ragley Hall.
On behalf of the gun trade, Simon West, CEO of the Gun Trades Association said: “At times like this, we have to accept the disappointment of not getting together to celebrate our wonderful country sports at The Game Fair. That said, the enthusiasm next summer will be stronger than ever. Let us make the 2021 Game Fair the greatest of all time!”
And finally, the Northern Shooting Show will return on 8-9 May 2021. All 2020 tickets purchased for the cancelled event will automatically be valid for 2021, and anyone using their tickets to enter the show next year will be given a discount on 2022 tickets.
