SSI Electronic Ear Buds are the affordable, high-tech solution for all types of shooting.
SSI Electronic Ear Buds are the affordable, high-tech solution for all types of shooting.
Distributed in the UK by Viking Arms, the buds fit neatly in your ears, amplifying natural sounds while protecting your hearing from the sound of gunshot.
The miniature, lightweight buds have an in-ear canal design, making them easy to insert and remove. Each one has its own independent on-off switch and volume control, so you can adjust them to suit your hearing even if one ear is less sensitive than the other. There is a separate tone adjustment for each bud.
The electronic circuitry allows you to hear normal conversation, but shuts out sounds above 85dB, protecting your hearing from the harmful effects of gunfire. With two independent buds, you retain the stereoscopic effect that allows your ears to locate the direction a sound is coming from.
The buds can amplify sound by up to 120dB, making them useful for those with impaired hearing, as well as helping you to detect tiny sounds such as the approach of an animal when waiting in a high seat.
SSI Electronic Ear Buds are supplied with batteries, extra ear pieces and cleaning tools.
