British Shooting Show promises world firsts
The British Shooting Show goes from strength to strength and it is no surprise to find that gun makers are now using the event as a platform to launch their latest products...
This year there will be two major new guns unveiled to the public for the very first time. Firstly, the Browning B725. This is already causing a buzz in the industry, taking as it does the best elements of the famous B-25 models and offering some key improvements. These include a new lower profile action frame, an improved mechanical trigger and interchangeable recoil pads. There is also a striking new stock design and a new palm swell for the sporter models. Tapered barrels also debut to improve balance. As well as the opportunity to get a look and feel of this important new gun, there will also be the opportunity to win one, courtesy of the free prize draw on the Browning stand. Also debuting at the show will be the first ever PCP rifle from the famous Diana brand, the D1000. It looks fantastic and harbours an impressive spec sheet with 14-shot magazine and a big 300 bar cylinder. The two piece stock is in high-grade wood and available as either a standard sporter or a thumbhole. You can see the D1000 on the Ruag stand and there will be one to try live on the Ruag airgun range. And of course, Sporting Shooter will be there too, so make sure you come along to our stand to say hello. The British Shooting Show is on the 25th and 26th of February at the Newark Show Groud, just a mile and a half from the A1.
See you there!
